99 year old Armenian genocide survivor still fighting for recognition. Almost brought me to tears. Imagine being there, experiencing and seeing it all and being told that you are lying. That none of it is true. That it wasn’t a genocide. That your family was not killed right in front of your eyes. This woman here had no emotion left in her, not a single drop. I can just imagine the things she’s seen and dealt with. Spread the word. 1915 never again.
My eyes teared up when I saw this woman today. 99 years, in a wheelchair, still going to the Turkish Embassy protesting against the current Turkish Government.
Gave me chills man… God bless her.
